As a founding partner of McKay Wealth Management, Jeff has played an integral role in creating the firm’s mission and vision. Jeff is a retired Naval Reserves Commander and previously served as President of Southcenter Rotary and President and Board Member of Highline Medical Center Foundation.

He received his degree from Western Washington University Business School.

Jeff  and his wife Annie currently split their time between Browns Point, WA and Kailua, HI. In his free time, Jeff enjoys spending time with his children and grandchildren. He avidly collects and restores vintage sports cars.

Jeff retired in 2020 and we cannot express gratitude for all that we have without acknowledging the man who started it all. Jeff, we thank you for all that you have done for us and our clients. Your impact is felt by all and your legacy will be carried on in the work that we continue to do. We compiled a short video with well wishes from your colleagues. Jim is a founding shareholder of McKay Wealth Management and is passionate about helping clients in reaching their long-term financial objectives.  He is a strong believer that to achieve financial goals hinges on having the right plan and minimizing taxes.  A plan that fits the clients’ unique circumstances and grows with them.  Jim’s greatest strength is listening to and understanding his clients’ needs, wants and wishes, to be able to help them work toward their financial goals and minimizing taxes through tax efficient solutions.

Jim has been in the Financial Services industry since 1981.  He established the Business Succession and Retirement Plan departments.  His knowledge and experience in tax efficiencies and finance make him sought after by many in the industry.  Jim is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™  practitioner, maintains the Accredited Investment Fiduciary® designation and is an Investment Advisor Representative with Voya Financial Advisors.  He is a life and qualifying member of the Voya Circle of Excellence* for over 10 years.  He is also a member of the Voya ERISA Plan Investment Consulting (EPIC) program.  Jim is recognized by the Financial Times as one of the Top 401 Retirement Advisors** of 2015, 2016, 2017 and 2018 for his focus on serving defined contribution and retirement plans.

Jim is a graduate of Seattle Pacific University and the College for Financial Planning.  He lives in South King County and enjoys travel, fishing and spending time with his family.

Lindsey is an owner and principal advisor of McKay Wealth Management.  She focuses on building and implementing financial plans for individuals and families seeking sound financial futures. 

Prior to joining McKay Wealth Management, Lindsey earned her Bachelor of Science in Finance from the Leonard N. Stern School of Business at NYU and went on to work at Merrill Lynch at the World Financial Center in New York City.   Since 2007, Lindsey has been an integral part of the McKay Wealth Management team, working alongside her father, Jeff, to help grow the firm to what it is today.

In 2009, she earned the certification of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, which has allowed her to do what she really loves – working with people to help enrich their lives.  Lindsey is passionate about educating and supporting women who have a desire to be an active participant in their financial life. 

She is an appointed member of Voya Financial Advisors' Women Advisors Network and sits on  McKay Wealth Management's investment committee. Lindsey is a member of the Financial Planning Associate of Puget Sound and Estate Planning Council of Seattle.

Along with her husband, Seth, she is a travel and food enthusiast living in Ballard, WA.   In her free time, she enjoys running, experiencing the outdoors and serving as a Girl Scout Troop Leader.

Lori began her career in finance working for General Motors Acceptance Corporation. While working at GM, she also attended night school to earn her MBA with an emphasis in Business Management. In 1996, Lori and her business partner started their own company called “On the Juice”. Their company brought the concept of “meal in a cup” smoothies to Hawaii. Over the span of three years, their company grew from one location to three.

In 2005, with “On the Juice” sold, Lori and her husband Jeff decided to make the move to Issaquah Washington. She joined the team at McKay Wealth Management as the business’s Operations Manager in 2006. Lori was promoted in 2009 to Chief Financial Officer, overseeing all financial procedures and reporting. Lori also serves on the company's board of directors.

Born and raised in Hawaii, she is active in the Hawaiian community. Lori supports a foundation that serves underprivileged youth by providing free hula lessons and educational tutoring. Jeff and Lori have 3 daughters. Each year the family looks forward to their annual trip home to Honolulu.

Nathan joined McKay Wealth Management in 2005 and has over 17 years of experience in Financial Services.  Being a key team member of a family owned firm and creating strong client relationships is what he values most.

Nathan attended the University of Washington and graduated from Western Washington University, earning a business degree with a concentration in Finance. He currently holds FINRA Series 7, 63, and Series 65 securities registrations. Prior to joining McKay Wealth Management, he worked on a trading desk for Bank of America Securities.

Nathan enjoys spending time with his family, especially with his five nieces.  He is an avid hiker, logging 30 to 40 miles per month exploring and hiking the Pacific Northwest.  Nathan and his wife, Angela, currently live in Renton and enjoy traveling the world, checking off their bucket lists one destination at a time.

A native of Tukwila, Norma joined the team in 1999. After 20+ years in air freight logistics, she made the change to the financial field. Her career with McKay Wealth suits her desire to work within a firm with personal, community values and connections. Her responsibilities include business development, client services and business operations. She is the first person to greet you with a smile as you arrive at to our offices.

Norma and her husband Torry are residents of the Glen Acres Golf and Country Club in North Burien, where they try to fit in as many rounds of golf as they can. Beyond golfing Norma enjoys cooking and always willing to give a new recipe a try.

Norma supports the Highline Medical Center Foundation and the Tukwila Food Pantry.

Kelly joined McKay Wealth Management in 2015 and brings a wealth of knowledge in the ERISA-based retirement plan space. Prior to joining McKay Wealth Management, Kelly spent several years working for a retirement plan consulting firm where she worked with large corporate retirement plans throughout the country and provided clients with plan design assistance, investment selection and customized participant communication and education.

Kelly has a Bachelor's of Finance from the University of Washington and holds the FINRA Series 7 & 66 registrations. With her focus on business retirement planning, she is an active member of the National Association of Pension Advisors, Women In Pension Network and has obtained her Chartered Retirement Plan Specialist (CRPS), Certified Plan Fiduciary Advisor (CPFA), and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF) designations.

A self-proclaimed “tourist in her own town,” Kelly enjoys exploring Seattle and trying new things. When she’s not out and about she is either at home binging Modern Family, doing hot yoga or volunteering at the Seattle Humane Society.

Tony has over 30 years of experience in banking and investments beginning his career in consumer finance at Puget Sound Bank where he completed the management training program. After leaving Puget Sound Bank, Tony managed the Western Washington regional call center for KeyBank. In 2000, Tony transitioned to Russell Investments to pursue a career in his favorite hobby, personal investments.

At Russell, Tony supervised the Transfer Agent Support team and handled exceptions processing for the broker dealers and adviser clients. In 2007, Tony obtained his Series 7 and 63 registrations in order to assist Russell employees with their personal investments accounts. Tony left Russell shortly after their relocation to Seattle and is now doing what he loves: helping people to improve their financial security as a Client Service Associate with our firm.

Tony was born in Fircrest and has lived in University Place for 27 years, just a golf club's swing down the first fairway from his childhood home. He attended both Bellarmine Prep and Western Washington University where he studied business management. Tony’s favorite vacation spot is Maui were he visits annually with his wife of 29 years Deborah. They are proud parents of a shih-tzu/Maltase mix, Mandy who is 9 years young.

Dona appreciates the local culture: museums, opera, theater and listening to live music.  She enjoys traveling to Europe, Hawaii and Caribbean cruises.  Dona is an enthusiastic fantasy football team owner and has been an avid Seahawk fan since 1976.

She is very organized and detail oriented making her an asset to the team. She enjoys being a part of the various projects and events McKay Wealth Hosts, and coordinating them with our clients. Marleen works part time so she can spend more time with her daughter Chloe. 

Marleen was born and raised in Hawaii and loves to cook, read, dance hula and travel.  Marleen and her family moved to Bellevue, Washington in 2015 to pursue a better education for her daughter Chloe and for her husband Chris to join in the abundant job opportunities in Refrigeration and HVAC in Seattle.
